Joe Ross

DePuy Spine

Joe Ross joined DePuy Spine (then DePuy Motech) in 1995 after five years of service with the United Stated Navy where he left as a Lieutenant. After spending three years in field sales, he joined the Marketing organization where he has held positions of increasing responsibility. He lead the direction of internal product development and management of the $250MM + thoraco-lumbar spine fixation portfolio from 2000-2002. In 2003, he managed product development for the emerging area of spine arthroplasty and also the creation of the Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS)group. Most recently, he has acted as the Acquisition Integration Manager and Director of Marketing in preparation for the FDA approval and U.S. release of the first joint replacement product to treat degenerative disease of the spine. Mr. Ross holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters of Management from Troy State University. He resides in Rehoboth, Massachusetts with his wife and two children.
