Senior Managing Director, Co-Head of Worldwide Health Care Group—Pat McMullan has been an investment banker for 28 years, dealing exclusively with Health Care companies for 22 years. He has initiated, led or played major roles in hundreds of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private debt and equity (including many IPO’s), high yield offerings, restructurings and leveraged buyouts. Most of Mr. McMullan’s clients are in the health care services area, including health care service providers, managed care companies, and product distributors. He received his B.A. from Vanderbilt in 1974 and his M.B.A. from Wharton in 1976.

Pat started his investment banking career at Lehman Brothers in 1976 and moved to Prudential Bache in 1982. In 1985 he started the Health Care Group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. DLJ was acquired by Credit Suisse First Boston where Pat became Co-Head of Global Health Care. He joined Bear, Stearns as Co-Head of Health Care in 2003.

Pat serves on Board of Directors of Project Reach Youth, a Brooklyn community service organization, Lar Lubovitch Dance Company and the Good Dog Foundation.

Pat has been married to his wife Rachel McPherson for 22 years and has a son Pace, 16 and a daughter Isabel, 12.
