Stephen Roth
President and Chief Executive Officer
Immune Control Inc.

Stephen Roth is president and chief executive officer of Immune Control Inc., a small company focused on the newly-discovered lymphocyte growth factor, serotonin. He was the scientific founder of Neose Technologies [NASDAQ:NTEC] in 1990, where he served as chief scientific officer from 1990-1992, and as chief executive and chairman from 1994-2002. Prior to entering the biotechnology industry, Dr. Roth was a professor of biology at the University of Pennsylvania (1980-1992), and chaired Penn's Department of Biology from 1982-1987. From 1968-1980, he was a postdoctoral fellow, an assistant professor, and an associate professor at The Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Roth currently is a director for several public and private companies. He serves also as a board member for the Schools of Arts and Sciences at both the University of Pennsylvania and Case Western Reserve University.
