Innovation Event

The Focus on Innovation event aspires to bring together regional startups, venture capitalists, and students in a dynamic forum. The event will benefit participants by:

  • Promoting enterprising startups within the Philadelphia and Mid-Atlantic region, many of which are raising A and B rounds
  • Facilitating introductions between startups and students seeking entrepreneurial work experience
  • Accelerating value creation by bringing together venture capitalists and promising investment candidates
  • Encouraging networking among senior executives from VC, biotech, pharma, device, and payor/provider companies

The event will consist of a series of short presentations from some of the region's most promising companies as selected by our advisory committee of leading local venture capitalists. Following, there will be an opportunity to meet and network with all participating companies in a cocktail reception and exhibit hall. In addition, executive summaries of all participating companies will be available at the conference.
