Jake Biscoglio leads B7O Growth Advisors, a healthcare and financial services strategy and growth focused consultancy. Jake assists companies on product strategy, go-to-market planning and business development. Previously, Jake was Senior Vice President of Commercial Market Solutions for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and President of Indigo Insurance Services, a subsidiary of Blue Cross.

Before joining Blue Cross, Jake served as Vice President and head of business development, partnerships, and affinity business for Prudential Financial. Prior to that, Jake served in leadership roles in strategy, product, and sales roles at Cigna and Anthem.

Jake volunteers as an athlete guide for Achilles International, an adaptive sport organization and has serves as a board member for the Southington-Cheshire (CT) YMCA and The Mill Foundation for Kids.

Jake holds an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Arts from Providence College.
