Charley French is a founding partner and Investment Committee member at Frontline Healthcare Partners (FHP). He is responsible for overseeing all key aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, structuring, and negotiating transactions, as well as portfolio company oversight and growth strategies. He brings more than 25 years of private equity investing experience in the lower-middle market to FHP. Charley currently serves on the boards of JoyBridge Kids and Bay Area Clinical Associates and is also responsible for firm operations at Frontline. Prior to FHP, he was a Managing Principal at Striker Partners. Striker, based in suburban Philadelphia and a member of The Graham Group, is a private, family-based investment firm formed to make majority equity investments in small, profitable, and growing businesses. Charley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude, from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and resides with his family in suburban Philadelphia.
