Her work centers on building scalable, personalized experiences that simplify how members navigate care and position Oscar as a trusted partner.

Prior to joining Oscar, Amanda worked at athenahealth, where she supported initiatives at the intersection of health technology and patient experience. She brings deep expertise in member engagement and innovation, with a focus on translating complex health systems into intuitive experiences.

Amanda holds a Master of Public Health from Dartmouth and is committed to designing experiences that make care more accessible and effective. She lives in the greater Philadelphia area with her wife and three children.
